With a huge dose of painting from Laura (soon to be Auntie Laura!), we parents-to-be have been busy readying Jackson's room for his arrival, still almost two months away.

My love affair with eBay yeilded some fruitful results. We found an artist who paints images of popular kids bedding images on pre-pasted wall paper. She's fabulous! The zebra, giraffee, gator, bird and monkeys that she sent us match the border of the bedding line almost perfectly. We couldn't be happier! So, yeah, we probably went overboard--and we have both promised to raise Jack to always be grateful of what he has and to work for what he doesn't--but we couldn't resist creating the perfect little room for our little guy.

Still, the painting work hasn't satisfied my overly-ambitious/anxiety-ridden plans. I won't be able to relax until each part of the workplan is checked complete. A pretty near impossible goal right now, with baby showers still looming ahead.
